Note this is the series (seasons 1&2) not wrapup movie (2015), unseen. 68 where rating is difficult - uncritical watching may add 15 points, Trailer is mostly S1. Has high budget (shows) & is well acted. Technically ++ but shaky plot and plotholes overshadow all. Develops from a conspiracy in high places tale to a conspiracy/serial killer tale. IMO the latter item, tho explained, is tacked on to provide randomness. Season 1 OK'ish, S2, half the length & much weaker. Has a proper ending (open?).
