Not as ridiculous as I anticipated, and a funnier and more suspenseful film than I would have guessed as well. It works as both a comedy - "Nobody gets off of a 747 at 38,000 feet - If a door opens, you'll know it!" and a drama - "And how good you were to her."

About the best one of these things that I've seen. None of the principals (including the director) take any of it too seriously, and the ongoing tongue-in-cheekiness is a frequent delight. Stack (like Leslie Nielsen) often seems to be doing a parody of himself, so whether he's being serious or comedic, the effect is still fun. And that little twisteroo at the end was nice too. Incidentally, Stack's wife Rosemarie (featured at the start) bore a considerable resemblance to Deborah Harry.
