It's really unfortunate that such an attractive plot premise involving a total fish out of water story is almost lost in a sea of serial tropes and mediocrity. Still there are a few good moments and, with heavy use of the fast forward, this viewer watched it right through. There are worse. Nicely shot with excellent sets. Acting is OK. One very funny moment when the illustrator discovers the secret of transporting the hero from here to there.
