New Amsterdam

This could have been a good show, but it turned out to be totally cringe trying to tug at your heart strings all the time. And also have doctors do stuff which doctors would be very wary of doing in real life - very unrealistic stuff

As a resident of NYC, I am perhaps hyper-aware of the utter implausibility of virtually every facet of this show. And it has more twinkly, feel-good moments than any medical show I can think of. Still, it's sometimes fun, and some of the cast is appealing. Just don't think that ANY of it is based in reality.

Fun show, even if unrealistic. EDIT: First couple seasons were good. Now, it is a total senseless soap opera. Every week is a new WTF. First seasons = 82. Current season = 58.
