A disoriented Romit Sen is found in his car covered in blood, while his protégé, Diti, is nowhere to be found. Diti's mother, DCP Brinda Basu's relentless search begins! When the evidence points fingers at Romit Sen, Brinda's interrogation of Romit gets heated. Meanwhile, the police find a hit-and-run victim resembling Diti. Diti's disappearance creates a void in Brinda's mind. Panic-stricken after learning about the hit-and-run case from Sahana, Brinda visits the morgue to identify the victim.
