It's a fun show, with good characters (especially Aisha, you know it) and a really strong aesthetic that calls back to 80s space opera, Gunbuster and such, while having lots of its own flourishes. It feels like, plotwise, it doesn't go as deep as it could, and some of the character arcs feel like missing bits. But if you want a show that's fun episode-to-episode, I recommend it.

Classic 90s sci-fi adventure anime. I just wish the ending wasn't so rushed and incoherent.
