Pokémon Horizons: The Series - Season 1

Liko, a girl from the Paldea region, enrolls in a boarding school in Kanto.

Liko and Sprigatito are taken to an Airship, where they are introduced to the Rising Volt Tacklers.

After Sprigatito is taken by Amethio's group, Liko works alongside Friede to plan a rescue.

When the airship makes an emergency landing, the ship's Fuecoco disappears. Meanwhile, islander Roy witnesses a mysterious Pokémon.

To meet Fuecoco, Roy must go to the Rising Volt Tacklers' airship. Meanwhile, the Explorers' submarine approaches the airship.

When the Explorers land on the Island, Liko and Roy must work together as a team in order to defeat them.

As the Rising Volt Tacklers' journey continues through the skies, Liko and Roy decide to train under Captain Pikachu in order to get better at Pokémon battling. Neither Sprigatito nor Fuecoco are even remotely a match for the overwhelmingly strong Cap, but the training makes Liko realize something.

The Rising Volt Tacklers' airship faces a food shortage. Suspecting someone is secretly overeating, the crew splits up to go shopping while Liko guards the ship and uncovers a secret.

The Rising Volt Tacklers arrive in Paldea, where Liko reunites with her father, Alex. As Liko settles at home, Alex unexpectedly asks her to stay permanently, potentially ending her journey before it truly begins.

Alex, Liko's father, leads them to Artazon's closed Gym. Stumped, a Champion aids them by taking Liko and Roy to Brassius' atelier.

A burnt forest conceals an untouched area where Liko, Roy, Brassius, and Molly travel after a Shiny Rayquaza sighting. Hostile Arboliva obstruct their investigation into the blaze's origin.

Rarecoil's interference is eliminated, allowing recruitment of Landau to irrigate soil with his Nuoh. Oliva can then fully restore greenery in a damaged forest.

The Rising Volt Tacklers experience control system issues on their airship during their trip to Galar to see Liko's grandmother. To pass time, they picnic, with Liko joining in sandwich-making while fretting over Dot, who remained aboard.

Roy and Fuecoco go to see a peculiar Wattrel that isn't with its flock. Once Roy discovers that Wattrel can't fly, he offers to help it. Will Wattrel be able to fly to be with its flock or will it decide to find its own path?

Liko suddenly goes missing while out shopping. The Rising Volt Tacklers search Artazon for her based on reports on her whereabouts Dot has gathered through the Internet, but are unable to locate her.

Liko's pendant has been stolen, and the Rising Volt Tacklers have set off to retrieve it. But then the Ancient Monster Ball Arboliva went into starts shining, and the light leads the group to an unknown destination?

Kaiden and Hogator are constantly fighting, and it really bothers Roy that they aren't getting along. He thinks about how they might bond by battling together against Captain Pikachu.

Liko and Roy ask Friede about his past in order to get closer to Cap. And so the fateful encounter between Friede and Captain Pikachu is finally revealed.

The group has arrived in the Galar region, where they decide to leave the conspicuous airship behind and travel by land to the old castle Liko's grandmother Diana is supposed to be in.

Liko and Roy have met Kabu, the Gym Leader of Motostoke Stadium and a native of the Hoenn region. Figuring that this means he might know something about Rayquaza, the Legendary Pokémon that's likewise from the Hoenn region, they decide to ask him about it.

The information they received from Kabu sends Liko, Roy and the others to the Galar Mine in search of the Black Rayquaza. On the way, they find an unconscious Hatenna, which Mollie diagnoses to be "suffering emotionally"; in other words, having been injured from constantly picking up emotions from nearby creatures.

The Rising Volt Tacklers return to the Galar Mine in their search for the Black Rayquaza. As they search the area, Liko and Roy get separated from Friede, and continue deeper into the mine when they hear a mysterious cry. There, they find a group of people and Pokémon that have somehow completely lost their spirit and vigor. Meanwhile, Amethio and his Explorer compani...

What the group found in the Galar Mine was a Galar Fire. Liko and the others want to close in on this Galar Fire, but it's burning with anger and keeps everyone at arm's length. What is the plan they come up with that incorporates Kabu's advice?.

Liko, Roy and Friede head for Galar's ancient castle. Guided by Diana's Squawkabilly, they arrive at an old castle where Liko is finally reunited with Diana, her grandmother.

Liko, Roy and Friede have gone to the old castles in the Galar region to meet with Diana. Amethio arrives there too, but believe it or not, Sango and Onyx then show up and attack as well. Will Liko and Roy be able to protect Terapagos?

Diana, Liko's grandmother, has now joined the others on the airship, and Terapagos, which has been lying dormant for many years, is going on an adventure around the ship, having Liko completely wrapped around its fingers to the point of madness. However, Sprigatito isn't too pleased with how Liko only seems to care about Terapagos now.

Liko, Roy and Friede stop by an antique shop run by Diana's acquaintance Tepen, though are unsuccessful in learning more about the ancient Poké Balls. However, on the way back to the ship, something unexpected happens to Roy.

Liko, Roy, Friede and Orla have gone to a Poké Ball Factory in Galar run by a master craftsman who makes some unusual Poké Balls. Orla hits it off well with the craftsman but she soon makes an interesting suggestion. Will they learn more about the mysterious Poké Balls?

A mysterious liquid has ended up splattered around on the airship. Liko and Roy start searching the interior of the ship to find out what it could be, but end up finding something they never imagined.

Liko and the others hear of a shining Lapras and decide to search the sea for it, thinking it might be the one that's part of the Six Heroes.

The Rising Volt Tacklers have found the Lapras in the mist and it starts to resonate with Terapagos showing it could be Lucius' Lapras after . all. However, the Lapras and its friends keep attacking the Brave Olivine so the battle rages on. Will the Rising Volt Tacklers be able to calm the Lapras.

Roy's quest reached a climax as he faced the malevolent Black Rayquaza. Amethio's actions provoked Rayquaza's wrath, jeopardizing Liko's companions. Terapagos' luminous transformation offered hope to resolve the intensifying clash.

Liko and Roy hear that Diana is going to leave the airship, so they plan a farewell party for her together with their other companions. Meanwhile, following his defeat by Rayquaza, Amethio decides to battle Hamber in order to get stronger.

Friede accepts job searching for lost Bramblin to fund Volt Tacklers' journey. They encounter Pokémon Hunters overhunting, battle ensues.

A listener asks Nidothing for help with a tag battle tournament, as her partner Oinkologne refuses to team up. Gurumin seeks help from Liko, Roy and Kuwassu. It emerges that Oinkologne's reluctance stems from being in love.

Friede's archaeologist friend seeks assistance with an archaeological dig. The Rising Volt Tacklers encounter aggressive Krokorok and Krookodile obstructing their work. Liko, Roy, and Friede venture into the ruins to unravel the mystery.

Mollie is performing a medical checkup on the Pokémon as the Brave Olivine is docked after a storm, but as Liko is taking her Pokémon there for their checkup, Hatenna senses someone. Believe it or not, it turns out to be a single Tandemaus that has gotten onto the ship. Tandemaus normally operate in pairs, so it's strange for one to be alone like this. Maybe something serious has happened?

Liko, Roy and Dot are shopping in Tetsuron Town, a town famous for its industrial products, when Dot gets separated from the other two. While going around on her own, Dot encounters a Tinkatink, a Pokémon said to pounds iron scraps together to make a hammer. And it seems the Tinkatink is interested in a certain something Dot got?

Nyahoja accidentally injures Liko during training. Feeling ashamed with herself, she runs away from the Brave Olivine, prompting her Trainer to look for her. Will Liko find Nyahoja and assure her that attacking her was an accident?

Every day, only 30 boxes of the coveted "Sea Digdaman" treats are available. Liko and Roy assist the store manager, earning them a chance to skip the line. An Explorer recognizes Roy, leading to an unexpected encounter.

Liko, Roy and Dot have gone to visit Kaede, the Gym Leader of Cercle Town, for Liko's Terastal training assessment test. They make it to her shop "Patisserie Mukuroji" without any issues, but then Sango from the Explorers barges in and the situation somehow turns into a confectionery cooking competition......?.

Roy's opponent for his Terastal training assessment test is Colza. Roy is eager to battle him, but Colza has to postpone the training due to being busy preparing the art festival that's going to be held in Bowl Town.

Liko, Dot and Roy have gone to Levincia for Dot's Terastallization assessment test. When she meets up with Nanjamo, she learns that the test will be live streamed on her channel which makes Dot nervous.

Dot and Kuwassu are finally going to take Nanjamo's assessment test. They had researched Nanjamo's battles in advance, developed a strategy and taken infallible countermeasures... or so they thought, but they still end up struggling greatly against Harabarie, who's a poor type match-up for Kuwassu.

Liko, Roy, and Dot observe Pokémon for a report subject. Dot mentions the "Flower Pillar," said to make viewers happy. Despite Nyarote's foul mood, Liko decides to search for and document this mysterious phenomenon.

Liko and the others help out at a struggling eatery that uses a Dodogezan as its mascot.

Dot's Terastal training practical application test finally begins. Her battle opponent is Chanpuru Town's Gym Leader Aoki. Unlike the assessment test, the practical application test requires battling with two Pokémon... Will Dot manage to pass with Kuwassu and Kanuchan's help?.

En route to Fridge Town for Roy's test, the group journeys to Mt. Napper. Overjoyed by the first snowfall, Roy and Hogator frolic with mountain Pokémon before overnighting in a cabin. Collecting firewood, the two get lost in the snow.

While training, he tries thinking of something he can use to win when he remembers Lime asking him why he and Hogator were singing.

It's finally time for Liko's practical application test. The group has gone to the Mt. Napper Gym so she can challenge Grusha, where they drop by the "Arukujira Slide" while waiting for the test to begin.

Liko is feeling down after being told by Grusha she failed the practical application test... In order to cheer her up, Roy and Dot decide to take her to the summit of Mt. Napper, the highest point in the region and one of the Ten Sights of Paldea. However, Spinel from the Explorers is keeping them under surveillance.

Spinel's plan seemed to have worked and in the process of it, Liko is trapped in a cave with Amethio and unable to get out. To make things worse, Roy and Dot have been stopped by Onyx and Sango, in order to prevent their search for Liko.

With the Terastal training over, Liko and the others have returned to Orange Academy. There, it turns out that battles between the trainees are going to be held in order to deepen their friendship.
