This is a bastardization of the original story by Shakespeare - which I never thought was particularly good to begin with.In between all the boring melodrama and moronic plot holes, the show has a hard time deciding whether they want to take liberties with Shakespeare or be an outright adaption.What ends up happening as a result is that it muddles Shakespeare's original themes ultimately making them worthless.The series is an utter mess - it has numerous plot elements and executes them horribly.
