There does seem to be a case of repeated gags and jokes (particularly the slapstick), yet the delivery is so peculiar and unique to this kind of Aussie larrikin awkwardness, that is usually works again. An easy to like show that's easy to laugh at, filled with plenty of great humour, both visual and in the dialogue, as well as a keen sense of the Australian country and history (though it never gets in the way of the comedy because Coight always gets it wrong).
