Note: made as 1966 movie (on criticker), 1978 Jseries & 2018 Korean series - all unseen...hospital based series (22 eps) contrasting hot shot get ahead surgeon with colleague who is idealistic and brilliant at research. Though has cliches of a Japanese (any?) series it's often well acted and told with some depth to certain characters and decisions they make. So much so it was a compelling, had to watch the next ep series 85 where "85" is could be scored higher on the best bits, recommended
