Beautiful meditation of old age whilst learning the Glaswegian dialect. Every episode is always nicely wrapped up in a satisfyingly neat bow. The individual jokes are comfortably and reassuringly obvious, yet the story-arcs have a genuine warmth. Should be more widely celebrated for its greatness.
