Still Game

1x; Stopped watching after S1E1.

Nostalgic and relatable. Brilliant comedic performances and writing. Episodes are just the right length.

Beautiful meditation of old age whilst learning the Glaswegian dialect. Every episode is always nicely wrapped up in a satisfyingly neat bow. The individual jokes are comfortably and reassuringly obvious, yet the story-arcs have a genuine warmth. Should be more widely celebrated for its greatness.
