This is such a wild movie given that it's Disney property. Unfortunately they don't want anybody to know it exists & have done a fairly good job of scrubbing it from legitimate streaming sources, but it is still out there if you're willing to look for it. Nothing spectacular by any means- and it sexualizes Amy Jo just a bit too much in my opinion- but it's crazy to see guns, the word hell, crooked cops, & several teenagers dying in a Disney Channel movie. Memorable for that at least.
