Downright terrifying and sad. As someone who has had almost all of his grandparents die with Alzheimer's and who watched them get progressively worse I completely sympathize with Pratchett's desire to end his life before his disease forces him into a quality of life I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. This becomes even more unsettling knowing that Pratchett's livelihood is completely dependant on his mental prowess and stability. Very powerful film due to how personal it is.
