I'm guessing this was supposed to be a TV pilot for long-time Hollywood star Preston Foster that never got further than this. The story is about counterfeit money at the circus and he tries to clear things up for his friends. Martha Vickers is there to give it some glamor. She was Mickey Rooney's wife at the time, and it wasn't exactly doing wonders for her career. She looked out of place with this lot. Too good for this circus. But it's a decent 22 min, but nothing about this screams money.
