Nice to see Christie finally get something commissioned on TV, she’s been one of the most consistent comedy performers in the UK for a couple decades. It’s an entertaining and amusing lament on how one woman experiences change in her life and desire to reconnect with her past, amongst many other things. Not everything works and there is totally bizarrely one scene where one character is played by a completely different actor!

Such a big fan of Bridget Christie, and this weaves many of her interests from her stand-up work in such a smart and human way. Great work on reimagining English folk traditions in a contemporary context.
