Absolutely hilarious, with a core of sweetness backed up by a sense of gentle but persistent anger at the shit poor people have to go thru. I'm really enjoying the new trend of slice-of-life "bad guy" magical girls. Also: Gay gay gay gay gay!! Oh my god the central relationship is so good and sweet and flawed and oh my god the part where it's basically a marriage proposal OMG! (And the second season is even better, with amazing emotions and worldbuilding!)
