The Feminist and the Fuzz

Very '70s but very entertaining.

Although the film is a product of its time & tends to present all of its feminists as either too strident or annoyingly nitpicky & their liberal boyfriends as self-defeatingly open-minded , it also does a surprisingly good job of validating some of the movement's concerns with a chauvinist doctor & a quota for women doctors. The comedy is at the level of a solid 3's Company episode w/ amusing misunderstandings. The 2 leads have good chemistry & Julie Newmar is hot & fun as an eager prostitute.
