Planet Wilgo. It is an uncharted world shrouded in deep green. The Galactic Railway Administration had been conducting a survey there to build a new station, but the survey team's communications were suddenly cut off. Upon receiving a request for a search and rescue mission, the Sirius Squad immediately heads for Planet Wilgo. However, a shield had already been deployed over the entire planet by an unknown party.
Due to the influence of a swarm of space seeds drifting through the cosmos, the Alta Line Limited Express 637 came to a standstill. The Sirius Squad rushed to the rescue, but found themselves overwhelmed by the sheer number of enemies. Just as a new swarm of seeds was about to reach the 637 and the Big One, a single beam was fired at the swarm
In a certain sector of space littered with countless debris, Ship No. 640 makes its way while being pursued by a barrage of beam cannons. Eventually, it engages the pursuing battleship, but it is no match for the enemy's superior firepower. Just as the battleship's main guns are aimed at Ship No. 640 for failing to respond to its calls, the Big One appears to the rescue and manages to force the battleship to retreat.
During a mission, Killian endangered the passengers and his teammates by acting on his own initiative. Balji harshly reprimanded him for his actions, but Killian, overconfident in his abilities, refused to listen.
Killian's training period was finally coming to an end. Gaku became even stricter with Killian, who was feeling a bit giddy. Just as the Sirius Squad was about to head out on patrol—which would also serve as a test run for the newly calibrated Big One—they received an emergency communication. It reported that experimental organisms had infiltrated the vast sewer network beneath Destiny
“Blue Rose” is a waypoint surrounded by beautiful roses. However, following a certain incident, that route had been cut off. To search for the missing Ship 808, Big One and Hiryu head for the Tiamat sector.
The Big One's engine room was damaged in fierce combat, forcing an emergency landing on this planet. Despite the best efforts of Akatsuki and the maintenance crew to patch it up, the ship still won't start. The cause was the deterioration of a custom-made part.
A special train where a glamorous ball is taking place. On board are the Sirius and Spica squads, who have been assigned a special mission. Their task is to protect the prince, the heir to the throne, and thwart a planned assassination attempt.
An unidentified vessel was approaching the Galactic Railway's orbital path. Despite warnings from the Administration, the vessel crashed into the orbital ring, leading to a catastrophic collision with the Cygnus 6, which was passing through that section of the route at the time.
The Delectus Junction: a new landmark on the Galactic Railway. This sector is also the site where Wataru, Gaku's father, fell after engaging in battle with an unidentified battleship. Having completed their mission, the Sirius and Cepheus squadrons stopped by for maintenance and resupply, only to find the junction hijacked by an unknown assailant
Planet Emporium. An oasis in space, adorned with a variety of artistic expressions. Gaku, Yuki, and Rui had visited this planet aboard the special express train, the Perunstein, on a mission. After completing their mission, the three of them went to a concert at Balji's suggestion. The renowned conductor Gerhard von Korich, hailed as the best in the galaxy. However, a serious problem had arisen backstage just before the performance.
Sirius Squad rushes to the scene to rescue passengers from a train that has been brutally destroyed by an unknown assailant. The rescued crew member testifies that Big 1 was responsible for the attack. Then, a similar train attack occurs on another line, and as Sirius Squad rushes to the scene, they are once again accused of a crime they did not commit, leaving them baffled. Train attacks continue to occur one after another. Finally, Sirius Squad is ordered to suspend operations.
The SDF throws all its forces into pursuing the mysterious armed train, but is forced to retreat due to the overwhelming difference in performance. An analysis of the armed train based on combat data from each squad reveals that the current SDF has no means of countering it. However, Balji claims to have a secret plan to counter this armed train.
After completing their mission, Gaku and Louis encounter an elderly man who says he has been separated from his precious family. The old man's precious family is a single cat. Having already lost his wife, the cat is the last family he has left, and he cannot bring himself to leave it behind and continue his journey. Upon learning of his situation, Gaku and Louis begin searching for the cat within the vast confines of Destiny Station.
A dimensional rift opened in the sector near the Duer Junction, causing an accident that engulfed a passing train. Responding to a call for assistance, the Sirius Squadron recovered an unidentified lifeboat near the accident site, which contained a single young girl. Upon examining the lifeboat, they discovered that it had come from a different universe.
Swallowed by the dimensional rift, the Big One was hurled into another universe. Unable to communicate with headquarters and with no spatial coordinates to guide them, the Sirius Squadron found themselves adrift in this unfamiliar universe. Nevertheless, they set out toward their home planet to deliver Frel. But immediately afterward, a swarm of fighter jets appeared and began attacking the Big One.
While stopping on a planet to rest, Balji rescues a boy named Gonza from a swarm of native creatures. Gonza explains that he is going alone to defeat the monster Ugas, which is attacking his village. Intrigued by Gonza's intense determination to face Ugas, Balji decides to join him in the hunt.
Upon receiving a distress signal, the Sirius Squad lands on the planet where it originated. Gaku and Louis set out to search the surrounding area, but thick fog blocks their path, causing them to get lost in the forest. They discover a Western-style mansion with lights on in the woods and decide to stop by to investigate, only to receive an unexpected welcome from the mansion's owner, Klaus.
The Sirius Squad was heading for the planet Frell, but the journey through uncharted space was taking a heavier toll on the crew than they had anticipated.
The Sirius Squad finally arrives at Frel's homeworld, the planet Fatum. It was a barren planet ravaged by the effects of a dimensional distortion. The group descends to the surface to safely deliver Frel, only to receive a hostile welcome from the residents.
Frel's home planet, Fatum, comes under attack from an assault carrier that has suddenly appeared. With Captain Balji absent, the Big One acts as a shield to defend the town where Frel lives. However, the damage to the vehicle gradually becomes severe. Then, a transmission comes in from a mysterious man known as “The Devil"
The Big One set course for the center of the magnetic storm to eliminate the source of the chaos known as the “Demon.”
The dying Big One launches a suicide attack on the heart of the mechanical fortress. Manabu and the rest of the combat team head for the control room. The man known as “The Devil” was waiting there. Manabu and Balji are stunned by his imposing presence.
