The Glades

Although The Glades brings nothing new or special to the procedurals, it is pleasurable enough to watch. The main character is painted (over and over again) as someone having unique detective methods, but in reality he is just a tad rude with Horatio-like crime punch lines. They have done a far better job portraying his "sidekick", who is the one with actually funny comebacks and dialogue. The cases are engaging enough and the balance between crime-solving and personal story line is adequate.
