The Limbless Mountaineer

In January 1999, Jamie Andrew was stranded in a blizzard in the French Alps for five days and subsequently had all four limbs amputated due to frostbite. With the help of physiotherapy and prosthetics he not only learned to walk again, but within a year began snowboarding and eventually returned to mountaineering. This documentary follows Jamie as he takes on the biggest challenge of his life as he attempts to climb the Matterhorn in the Pennine Alps on the Swiss-Italian border
