A seriously entertaining high octane start. The first few episodes are actually so fun, the feeling of joy lasts until the end even if the show starts to get bogged down by unrealistic villains-ex-machina and a pretty boring wrapup

There is not enough madness in The Madness. It seriously drags in the middle (they could cut 2 entire episodes without making much of a difference) and many decisions seem irrational. The bad guys and central plot device are too vague and provide little suspense. The racial issues subtext is shoved deeply down our throats with full force, but not in the sexy way. 1st episode was good. Ending was satisfying.
