This is schlock.

Wiseau has surpassed himself with one of the emptiest, most pointless things ever filmed. There's no reason why anything is happening. People just walk in a room, say random stuff and leave. Does that ring a bell? Add some obnoxious characters, shaky politics, completely absent technical qualities (sound levels, basic continuity), the delightful Wiseau and his own underwear brand's blatant placement, and you have a series that might not reach The Room's iconic status but surely has its moments.
