Basically Weir's Witness in Wild West. It works very well here. Daly probably with his best lead role ever (he is in great shape here) and with Watts they have an more than allright chemistry. It could use better pacing but still cinematograhy is more than ok and baddies are ok (look for crazy looking Jason Clarke there). Better TV western than many made for cinema.

Know a guy worked on this, said it was a tough shoot, shows. Some odd edits, awkward attempts at humour and lack of 'chemistry' dragged down this old-fashioned western romance. Didn't dislike it but can't recommend.
