'The Simpsons': America's First Family

More of a nostalgic, navel gazing puff piece than anything substantive, but as someone weaned on and besotted by “Golden Age” Simpsons growing up (and maybe still now), this was a fun trip down memory lane, with a retrospective poignancy in the cast and creators’ looking forward to the future with so much promise and hope. A fair to decent time capsule of a time and place (though no Shearer?)
