This is a great spy story for our times. IT brings to surface Russia's real-life hostile agenda towards the west, written before the Ukraine war started. It imagines how their strategies would play out in a full-on war. It's commendable that it's not too partisan, so while the Russkies are the baddies, both parties are compromised, and the story is about the people caught in the crossfire. The tech is unrealistic at times, there are some choppy bits, but over all, well worth your time.
