I loved the 1950s book series when I was a kid. Looked to see if there were any adaptations of it, and found this. It's delightfully queer! It doesn't really have a complete ending as it was cancelled. Couple frustrating characters: Isaac who I otherwise liked was sex-negative in a "need to pray"-jokes-at-the-mildest-mention way, and Lorraine was painfully disrespectful of others' autonomy but the narrative doesn't address it the way it does for some other characters. Enjoyed the show overall.
