Incredible acting, but not funny nor dramatic, just pretentious and boring. Full of sex, religion, lies, secrets and failures, but I could not care for any of it. A great way to ruin an excellent soundtrack.

Season 3 continued a strong trend of developing characters and relationships really well that has made itself the reason I keep returning to the show. The music in the show, both original and otherwise, always feels like it fills out each moment so well too.

The Pfeffermans are probably the most neurotic, self-involved family on "TV" and honestly this show is very hard to watch at points because of how convincingly their roles are performed. However, their chaotic and unconventional family lends itself to a myriad of tender, humorous, and all-too-human moments of breathtaking imperfection. There isn't really a show quite like this anywhere else and its voice is of the now and important. It's really a "warts and all" experience, that's for sure.
