Pretty awful, yet a tiny bit fascinating. There is Russell's usual verve, though somewhat muted, possibly because of a heart attack he had suffered shortly before shooting. Then there's Hetty Baynes' "performance"...most of her lines are delivered in imitation of Marilyn Monroe, even her "Happy Birthday". Seriously. Surely intended for kids...there's certainly plenty worse children's fare out there than this. A user comment on IMDB contains some highly informative commentary
