Superior true-crime Lifetime, effectively dramatizing a story that highlights the inability of, or lack of foresight that makes it impossible for, criminal legislation to keep up with consumer technology. Much is of course broader than is ideal, but there is subtlety and intelligence here, as in the understated indications of despair in the voyeur's wife, and the implicit evolution of boys-bein'-boys exploitation and humiliation of women into the more callous and refined form of their fathers.
