Holy crap they're adorable. This is a series about people of different ages and how they relate to each other - younger children, older children, college students, fortyish moms, all of whom have distinct personalities, wants, and agency, as well as distinct relationships to each other. Notably, college student Miyako is enchanted with 5th-grader Hana, and while this could be creepy, it's a chance to show Hana expressing boundaries, which are honored. Plus, the school play is sweet and perfect.
