Just awful. The awkward and always-squinting lead is one dimensional, and off-putting. It's pretty much just all about him so that's it. Uncomfortable to watch. A british 'Better off Ted' with far less likable characters, and one of the most tiresome and uninteresting plot lines I've ever had to bare.
