I haven't seen the whole thing, but at a glace, it doesn't look much different from any other mondo style compilation of sex and violence....it looks like it's got a higher concentration of weird Japanese scat porn though....if that's your thing.

Is there genital mutilation? This is the first I've heard of this, and I've seen some pretty strong shit, but I have trouble watching two things: kids dying and genital mutilation. Is this something I could watch with some disturbed friends, or something to suggest for family movie night?

There's both of those things in it. It's basically every shock video the guy could find, cut into one film.
Side note: Wtf is with people watching torture porn with a family member? I'm sure you were joking, but I've suggested something similar to a gore fan before and he watched it with his mother of all people, and she threw up. I know I don't have the best relationship with anyone in my family, but really? Is this a thing??
