A weird mix of Aliens vs Scrooge! Why creatures from Mars would have any interest in egotistical humans is beyond me?! But here a Martian is punished and sent to earth to make a arrogantly bitter old man show kindness. Many scenes are needlessly long, dragging the enjoyment down. The cool thing though is when the alien starts punching the snob around! And you got to admire that the Brits made this kind of Sci-Fi features back in 1913. One things for sure, Brits make for funny looking Martians!
