Steve Bannon is the Machiavelli of our age. Not afraid or ashamed of asking the right questions, not reluctant to look evil for the sake of good. He is definitely a character with logos, ethos, and pathos to himself. Also, I am surprised by the idiocy of Morris. I didn't expect him to be such a snowflake liberal. When it came to anti-immigration policy, all he could say was "well, I believe it's racism." No wonder why these snowflakes are incapable of grasping the current political predicament.

As soon as Bannon reveals that he's a cinephile who misunderstands movies, has daddy issues and attended West Point, you know all you need to know about this pathetically predictable narcissist and his dangerous delusions of grandeur.

Not as strong as "Fog of War" or "The Unknown Known" but a timely and important expose of perhaps the alt-right's foremost demagogue. Morris's presence is greater here than usual, providing bluntly honest, gutteral responses that Bannon sort of plays off of. He never really disarms Bannon's arguments. Still, Morris provides a great service in allowing Bannon to lay out all his cards; it helped me form a clearer idea of just what Bannon's faux-populist ruse is made of.
