An Alibi for Death

Dr. Maria Rohn accepts the mandatory defense for a truck driver who has killed a man on the highway at night. The man, Siebeck, asserts that two men had dragged the victor over into the street and thrown directly in front of his carriages; he could not evade. The police do not believe Siebeck, but his attorney feels that he is telling the truth.
