This old movie is not made by or starring anyone remarkable. It's your typical independent produced film from the early 20s. Visually the film is alright, but from a story point of view it's a fairly dull affair. A couple gets a challenge to stay away a year and if they feel the same after that time they can marry. So the guy goes on a sea adventure and had trouble with his crew and so on. The title is just about the only thing that was inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's poem.
