High energy at first with Pat O'Brien & Joan Blondell running their mouth for a better news story. Then it turns into a transparent melodrama which doesn't really work. Margaret Lindsay, a fine dramatic actress, for some reason she doesn't fit this story and the movie bores itself at her one-expression presence. The screaming end woke me up though!
