Bamboo Gods and Iron Men

This film stands out mostly for its hamfisted melding of two genres and its attempted sense of humor. The film comes out very funny because it pulls off its intentional humor with such unintentional ineptitude. It also culminates in the oddest and most bizarrely racist final scene I've ever seen.

Quirky "Black-Fu" with proper afro and funk bass quotient.

This one could be considered either a martial arts or blaxploitation film and it's not half bad considering these made-in-Philippines productions usually are. It's a bit too goofy to really stand out but keeps you entertained for the duration of 90 mins. I expected a lot worse.
