More like ghost rape/murder bed, but that probably isn't as catchy as "Deathbed". However, this movie makes "Death Bed: The Bed That Eats"(1977) seem brilliant by comparison. Although there are some so-bad-its-good moments, this "Deathbed" movie is an amazingly cheap generic ghost story with a gimmicky premise that should be easy to avoid.
