What's this?! A NAZI WESTERN??!! It's actually very good! Very different to the American style westerns. It has a little of everything. Politics, morals, nature and of course the outlaw action we always associate with that time in history. Luis Trenker even mixes in a little influence from his mountain films by climbing the canyons! Perhaps a little too rich on idealistic romanticism, but this is a unique western experience from a European point-of-view!
