This art movie from Philippines' Khavn mixes fairy tales with a little Marco's martial law. Starts off with some misguided attempts at black & white Lav Diaz style slow shots which was the death of this thing. Then halfway it changes completely into a more 70s psychedelic style with colors and classic songs. A bizarre mix. I like some of Khavn's ideas, but I don't think he's very good at realizing them.
