Despite an almost incoherent story it has a ton of action to entertain. Uneven acting and overused cut scenes and voice overs. A tremendous movie effort that adds up to far less than the sum of its parts. Terrible directing. Uneven music. Insanely stupid dialog at times. It would be easy to rate this far lower, but I'm giving much credit for having taken chances even though most of the choices were disastrous. Overall, it's a melodramatic hodgepodge of violence, corruption and sappy romance.
