This is a very minor picture starring Richard Denning in hiding from the law for a crime he did not commit. Some old man helps him out, giving him a job, and it all plays out rather on the dull side. There's some time for romance with Trudy Marshall, which had no sparks. And the heights thrills were hardly Safely Last! levels. Wasn't even first-floor level exciting. So there are your reasons why this film's been forgotten for so long.
