A Filipino movie set in America. Tries to be a international drama of a family of different faiths, but becomes just a superficial experience. Almost like pale daytime soap opera. The main problem is that they try and portray a environment they don't quite understand. The Americans are so one-dimensional. Almost a dream how 'kanos are. But one good thing came out of this film. Pokwang getting to be sweet with her fresh foreign boyfriend Lee O'Brian. Or at least that's how the publicity goes.
