Give Me Liberty

A film of two halves, oddly reminiscent of FULL METAL JACKET in structure - the first half is the best, a panic inducing snowballing series of events finding frazzled Galust attempting to serve too many masters which makes some pointed observations about a broken "system" lumbering its failings onto the middle-men attempting to do their jobs. The second half becomes a little too obviously and bluntly polemical, though does provide a vivid record of the politics which gives rise to such failings.
