This flick was a sharp study about the manipulative movie industry and printed journalism. Steve Buscemi's remake did not give anything new for the story, but there was nothing else to do (but advert the original one). Katja was steaming hot and intelligent, skillful actress. Story had similar faults than in remake: the big secrets in the end were nothing special and the rare music score was horrible. Director used the whole set nicely and let actors shine on their parts.

Captivating performances from Steve Buscemi and Sienna Miller make a seemingly simple premise gripping and entertaining.

Great story and turn of events. Cool that hollywood made an american version of this! A tribute to Theo van Gogh.
