Kaj's fødselsdag

Kaj is a near-middle age hot-dog vendor, a shy man and a bachelor. His friends give him a birthday present: a ferry-trip abroad to a Polish port city where women supposedly just wait to trap some affluent Danish male into marriage. Kaj is hardly affluent, so he is being presented as a Toyota dealer. The boys' day out turns into a drunken riot, but Kaj does find a woman and true love to boot. (Danish Film Institute)
