Tiki Tsang is so good in this. Don’t think she did any other movies which is a shame. Just a delightfully pulpy. Kinetic action sequences weaving in and out with a certain sense of melancholy. You get drawn in and left wandering into a hazy distance.

Very idiosyncratic and different. A film completely comfortable with tentatively drifting along in its thriller plot shell rather than follow a clear narrative. Logic gaps, contrivances and softcore sexuality are allowed to spring forth but feel on purpose. At its end it becomes gripping not for its perceived narrative, but like the other Jean Rollin films I've seen, its reflective moody parts which ends with a stark melancholic note that works here just through the atmosphere.

lo-fucking-l. Impressive in how staggeringly stupid it is, even for Rollin. Jesus.
