Life Like

ger; [perfect human; life like]; ein junges paar erlebt in ihrem neuen zuhause die vorzüge eines humanoiden roboters, welcher alle wünsche erfüllt - auch sich menschlich zu verhalten.; (schlechte synchronisation);

Besides the totally illogical last 20 minutes, which ruins what was actually not a shallow film as I had expected, the movie is an interesting psychological study of how the unselfish "love" from an attractive robot can win over human selfish love - which according to the movie is only lust. But the end of the movie is the worst I have ever seen.

The movie doesn't quite sell its story as possible but the idea is nevertheless interesting and the production quality is relatively high. The script could have done with a few more drafts to address implausibilities and questions.
