A pleasant if inessential character piece, "Magnitika pedia" benefits from the interesting photography, road trip vibes and unpretentious yet whimsical dialogues. On the other hand, the characterization is rather scarce and there's not much of an arc happening; as a result the emotional impact of the movie is arguably pretty limited. It's a lightweight, moderately engaging watch that eschews cliches but remains far from earth-shattering or intricate as far as its content goes.
